Refund Policy

What we'll refund

  • First charge, within 14 days: we'll refund the prorated amount, no questions asked. Email support@dropwin.app from the address tied to your account with the words "refund first charge" in the subject.

What we won't refund

  • Renewal charges. Subscriptions are billed monthly; you can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Trial periods. A 7-day trial is given so you can evaluate without committing. No charge is made during the trial unless you add a card and the trial converts.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting support@dropwin.app may result in loss of access. We will dispute chargebacks for renewal charges or for charges made after a successful trial conversion. Stripe Radar is enabled on our account and will flag high-risk transactions.

Cancellation

Self-serve cancel at any time via the Customer Portal (https://dropwin.app/billing). Subscription continues until the end of the current period.
